Ways to Include Everyone
“Ways to Include Everyone” is a small-scale Erasmus+ Project. Project is aimed at promoting inclusion and equal participation in vocational education and training.

Objectives
The project focuses on practical strategies and collaborative activities that empower learners and educators to create accessible learning environments, specifically focusing on the working life collaboration and working life skills. In the project background we believe that inclusion is not just a principle, but a practical approach that benefits individuals, organisations, and society as a whole.
Project is dedicated to building a more inclusive and diverse labor market by supporting young people with special abilities as they transition from education to employment. By identifying tasks that match each person’s abilities, we empower participants to contribute meaningfully and independently at their workplaces. Throught the project we work closely with emploers to create internships and work placements, raising awareness of the value that diverse talents bring to the labour market.
