Skilling VET ecosystem
Enhance enabled environments for private and public VET key actors in Ghana and Senegal
Skilling Eco -VET looks for solutions to solve the mismatch between the labour supply and the demand, to develop the partnerships between public and private sectors as well as to embed innovative and inclusive teaching and learning practices and methods into TVET training system.
Countries involved in Africa are Ghana, Senegal and Kenya.
Our goals are
- to increase employability by supporting s stronger alignment of VET to emerging local labor market opportunities
- to increase the technical, managerial capacity and pedagogical skills of VET providers, especially in the fields of management, quality assurance, innovation and inclusion
- to improve the level of competences, skills and employability potential of VET learners by developing new and innovative VET programmes and integrated services
